Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos when necessary
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining an organized sales floor
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain a clean and presentable store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage
- Ability to handle stock inventory effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
- Ability to work well in a team environment
